style="font-family:宋体;font-size:16px">浙艺的《南戏遗存考论》是第一部集南戏原生态与变异为一体的专著；</span><span style="font-family:宋体;font-size:16px">浙艺屡获大奖的作品《畲家女儿拍》、《凳之龙》等，是在研究和保护非物质文化遗产过程中，将其艺术部分用舞台方式活化并进行创新……</span><span style="font-family:宋体;font-size:16px">2007年底到2008年初，浙江省非物质文化遗产保护工程领导小组公布了6所高校入选“非遗”研究基地，除浙江大学、中国美术学院、浙江师范大学、浙江传媒学院、杭州师范大学，唯一一所高职院校就是浙江艺术职业学院。</span><span style="font-family:宋体;font-size:16px">文化部在2015年夏季启动了“中国非物质文化遗产传承人群研修培训计划”，在全国已选定</span><span style="font-family:宋体;font-size:16px">18</span><span style="font-family:宋体;font-size:16px">所院校开设培训班。此次省文化厅非遗处推荐浙艺，作为文化部“中国非物质文化遗产传承人群培训班”申报单位。</span><span style="font-family:宋体;font-size:16px"></span></p> <p style="font-family:宋体;font-size:16px">该培训班将培训对象由非物质文化遗产传承人扩大为“传承人群”，吸引更多对非遗有兴趣的人加入，引导传承人将传统艺术融入现代生活。目前，培训项目正在传统工艺领域开展。</span></p> <center><a style="font-family:宋体;font-size:16px">马盛德希望，非遗传承人群培训，要搭建起传统工艺与现代生活的桥梁，要让传统工艺的本质与现代设计、当代教育相结合，既秉承传统、不失其本，也要改良并注入活力。他以藏族歌唱家才旦卓玛为例，她到上海音乐学院学习时，老师给她量身定做学习方案，没有改变她原先独有的唱法，但教了她科学的换气方式，有了今天独特的歌唱家。非遗传承人群培训也是如此，既要让学员开阔眼界，改变思维方式，也要让他们把自己的特点发扬光大。</span><span
